Please use this form for hourly bookings.
Our standard booking hours are 8 AM to 11 PM, with the last available slot starting at 10 PM to allow for closure by 11. We respond to booking enquiries within office hours (9-5, Mon-Fri).
Important Note: If your session requires the use of equipment such as yoga mats, AV equipment, chairs, or anything else that necessitates reconfiguring the space, you will need to end your session 10 minutes before the end of your allotted time slot. By placing a booking request, you agree to this requirement.
Description
How do I book?
- Choose an available slot from the calendar.
- Reserve the slot by selecting the time and duration and entering your payment details.
- If accepted, you will receive an email confirmation from Chapel Forty Nine
- Once confirmed the payment is automatically processed.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations at least 7 days before booked session will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations 7-2 days before booked session will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the start time of your session will not be eligible for a refund.
